An evolving mindset

The time has come to move my vision for Positive Transformation to the next level and I would love to discuss with everyone what that means in very specific, practical, and measurable ways to Individuals, Charities and Businesses no matter what stage of the journey in to change and Positive Transformation you may be on.

Positive Transformation is an ideal and a mindset for positive change, with a goal to positively impact the lives of a billion people, while creating planet fit sustainable organisations for the future.


My vision for Positive Transformation has evolved significantly since inception some 7 years back when it was very focused on personal change and transformation, now everything is focused on the wider vision being fully achieved, and deploying the collaborative teams, resources, and investments made during previous years.


Positive Transformation enables a collaborative network of values-driven people, to create sustainable organisational change through access to fully funded training, while connecting corporates with communities using Ai to measure social value, and by providing practical tools for organisations to become planet fit, working with the group who have to date made £30billion of sustainable investments globally, who also wrote the framework for the UN Global Goals.

Immediately today, Positive Transformation is Connecting Corporates with Communities (CCC) by looking at local projects that can be connected with collaborative teams, and resources, to affect immediate societal change, putting innovative products in peoples’ hands to help them be more informed, aware, and with greater access to opportunities.


This is all about creating measurable impact by helping people being better prepared; giving people greater personal security, the confidence to speak up, and to get everyone the help they need, when they need it, delivered directly in their hands via Ai technology, through The Positive Innovation Company (PIC).

Positive Transformation and the Connecting Corporates with Communities (CCC) initiative is built on a powerful growing eco-system of partners, resources, and available funding. Everyone in our collaborative network of networks is supporting collective goals in meaningful ways, to impact individual lives, giving people the help they need with community engagement, personal safety, well-being, mentoring, and providing access to funding supporting SMEs and charities, to up skill, train, and develop their people for free.


Connecting Corporates with Communities (CCC) will positively change the environment of people locally, nationally, and globally as we develop, creating better community engagement, connection to opportunities and eliminating harmful behavior by moving from tolerating and dismissing negative behavior, to empowering and educating people to challenge and help shift social attitudes.


Through collaborative approaches with businesses and individuals, our vision is to Connect Corporates with Communities (CCC) and to create a Positively Transformed society, making sustainable positive change, access to opportunities, and brighter better futures for everyone a lasting reality for generations to come.


In support of this overall mission to positively impact the lives of a billion people, with Sir Ken Olisa OBE. Sir Ken Olisa who is the Kings Lord Lieutenant for Greater London, we are now forming the THE CLUB OF DOING WELL, DOING GOOD along with the Positive Transformation Charity where I will take on the role of Patron in 2023. The stated intention of our work is creating financially sustainable charitable investments, providing a support network for a billion people or more in my lifetime.

Ultimately for me, Positive Transformation is all about creating sustainable planetary positive change, achieved collectively and collaboratively by leading the conversation, creating better communication, and providing greater access to the resources, people, and technology that enable the creation of better opportunities for everyone, not just an elite few.


To give some context about the importance of changing mindsets and being the change we want to see in the world, I have extracted a few thoughts from some recent publications on the importance of people, technology, resources and a willingness to change coming together for Positive Transformation.


In a recent survey of 400 executives from various industries and regions conducted by Bain & Company and the World Economic Forum, 40% of respondents said they believe digital technologies are already having a positive impact on their sustainability goals. Technology and innovation are some of the key enablers to a faster and safe journey towards net-zero and sustainability goals; bringing game-changing digital and tech ideas should be at the core of any management decision-making process. As reported by Forbes, the effects of climate change will cost companies up to $1.6 trillion per year by 2025. What are we waiting for and how tech can help?


A Nature study in 2020 assessed the potential impact of AI on the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals, encompassing societal, economic, and environmental outcomes. The researchers found that AI could positively enable 93% of the environmental targets, and the application of AI levers could reduce worldwide greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 4% in 2030, an amount equivalent to 2.4 Gt CO2e – equivalent to the 2030 annual emissions of Australia, Canada and Japan combined.


The ICT industry today is generating approximately 2% of global CO₂ emissions. Migrations to the public Cloud can reduce CO2 emissions by 59 million tons annually, equating to taking 22 million cars off the road (Accenture). What are the next steps companies need to take to re-rethink and re-design their products and services and how do they migrate, dematerialise, and become more sustainable?


The evolution of Positive Transformation is all about building a Positive Mindset for Planetary Transformation that delivers measurable impact personally, locally, nationally, and globally, using integrated systems, people, technology and funding to create planet fit sustainable organisations of the future, while also playing a key role in expanding human consciousness through better ways of creating opportunities in our lives, and the lives of our fellow humans.
