Global leaders launching into a transformational new era.
The essence of Sir John Soane with the ethos of Sir Ken Olisa OBE.

The world doesn’t change because we talk about it, it changes because we lead ourselves first, have the courage to be disliked, and live by our own example.
This is a call to leaders ready to make a mark that lasts. The future of leadership will be shaped by those combining courage with curiosity, intelligence with collaboration, and commercial ambition with a legacy worth leaving. This is not just a meeting; this starts a leadership coalition for the next decade.
Having been working with Advisory Boards and C-Suite Communities around the world it is clear to see that the future of leadership will be shaped by those who combine courage with curiosity, intelligence with collaboration, and commercial ambition with a legacy worth leaving.
The work we are doing is a call to every leader that understands the world doesn’t change because we talk about it, it changes because we lead ourselves first and have the courage to live by our own example. The activities we are planning now and into 2026 are designed to for leaders wanting more meaningful trusted connection with aligned measurable action.

Why do this? Because more people deserve better opportunities to move forward in life and they shouldn’t have to fight as hard as I did to live a life of meaning that matters. And because it’s time to prove that businesses can be even more successful by Doing Well and Doing Good, genuinely engaging in the development of human beings across all spectrums.
The context. At fifteen years old I became homeless with no certainty of tomorrow. Every step from that moment has been won through fear, doubt and insecurity, using each small hinge that I have been able to leverage to swing a huge door in a battle against circumstance, against fear, and in a large part against myself. The path is long, and it continues to teach me the power of resilience, connection, and action without excuses.
Today as a I write this, I have fought, clawed and scraped my way up through 48 years of life's wild ride, including homelessness, addiction, poor choices and poverty, some of the most dangerous rapids in the world on the White Nile, an Ultramarathon, the London Marathon, several kickboxing tournaments, a couple of physical mountains, more psychological mountains than I care to imagine, and an incredible journey into gaining a deep understanding of my own mind. And the story continues ...
I believe in winning and learning, never losing, and this rich tapestry of life has taught me a lot, looking back I wouldn't change most of it, some of it however might be wise to adjust!

Importantly in the ups and downs of boom and bust, I realised that money is not the route of all happiness, and happiness like love and anything we decide really matters to us is a process of hard work that requires constant attention. Life is a wonderful thing and we need the bad to fully appreciate the good in all things.
So armed with this enlightening knowledge I got married to the most beautiful soul and together we created a wonderful family inspiring me to do more and be more, knowing that when life pushes hard, I push back harder. No exceptions. No excuses.
Now as I write this, I have written two books, I am competing for a British title in Kickboxing at a semi-professional level as a veteran and aiming for the European and World titles. I have the privilege to sit in the boardrooms of global companies, work alongside extraordinary leaders, and develop a movement to positively impact one billion lives by 2035.
This however isn’t about me. It’s about making sure that the next generation doesn’t need to climb the same walls alone that I and so many others have, it is about proving that when leaders combine insight, intelligence, and impact they can create incredible business outcomes and legacies that outlast them.
The message here is clear; the future shouldn’t just belong to those who survive the hardest battles, it should belong to those with the courage to create brighter better futures for themselves, while also working to create positive outcomes for the world around them.
Today I continue to take all my experiences and lessons learned into developing a movement that will positively impact one billion lives by 2035, leveraging a transformational new era defined not just by Information but by Insight, Intelligence, and Impact. With everything being done underpinned by Legacy in Leadership which offers leaders the ability to create high impact in society through Social Mobility with a light touch.
And as we move to the here and now, on 22nd October 2025 (ironically and not planned, my 49th birthday), I will host a focused group of 80 transformative leaders for an extraordinary evening at the Sir John Soane’s Museum in London where we will be joined by Sir Ken Olisa OBE, Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London, a wonderful man who I admire greatly for his life long passion and commitment to Doing Well and Doing Good.
The ultimate goal here? Provide hope, opportunity, and a hand up not a handout to everyone willing to work hard for their dreams and to achieve what truly matters to them, while creating a life of meaning by Doing Well for ourselves, and Doing Good for others.
And the intent for this event?
Develop meaningful trusted connections with transformational leaders.
Create the opportunity to engage in active debate that defines a new era.
Connect with others who are building a Legacy in Leadership with SMBP.
Work together in 2026 to create meaningful measured outcomes.
Ultimately this evening is for individuals committed to finding a different way, those willing to inspire a new era, a transformational new era. This is not simply another networking event, it is the start of a leadership coalition that unites those capable, willing and able to align profit with purpose, insight with action, and legacy with impact.

The setting is symbolic. Sir John Soane built for generations to come. Sir Ken Olisa’s guiding principle, Do Well, Do Good sets the intention to demonstrate that business success and social progress are powerful allies. This event is where those ideals converge with my vison for a transformational new era underpinned by Legacy in Leadership.
The leaders joining this coalition will lay the foundations for the decade ahead focused on creating positive transformation through collaborations that combine our collective capabilities and resources, forging deep connections, sharing critical intelligence, and measuring impact across the spectrum of Doing Well Doing Good. Our intention is to set the standard, creating new bench marks as we go that demonstrate a third alternative of enlightened self-interest exists, should we choose to accept it.
Ultimately this next decade is for leaders who demand more from their investment in life, more from the careers they have developed so diligently through hard work, and those who are now unapologetically demanding more from the opportunity to give brighter better futures to others, using our collective experiences and connections to be truly transformational by Doing Well and Doing Good.
Aligned with my work is a close partnership with Glenn Willis, Founder & Global CEO of CDM Media, an inspirational leader who's teams are delivering an annual engagement programme of over 200 C-Suite events, conversations, peer-driven advisory boards, curated leadership dinners, and flagship summits designed to create a connected ecosystem of leaders who expect to do more than succeed; They expect exceptional results that can, will and must change our business outcomes and the world around us for the better.
Take a look at this accompanying note for some of the hard supporting business facts.
Unlocking a transformational new era and please make no mistake when I say, I am completely committed to delivering on this project, and like everything else in my life I will pursue it relentlessly until it is done. I hope you will join me on the journey.
